- Please utilize your first and last name, as you've registered with Ship2Blaine (this helps ensure we can find you in the database, when your parcel arrives).
- You can use our short zip code (98230), or long zip code (98230-9355)...either works fine...and in all honesty, we usually only use the short version.
- If a phone number is required, please use your phone number.
